CaseyOffice Manager
Casey has been with our practice since moving to Florida from Cincinnati in 2018. She has over 25 years of dental experience and has had extensive training in all aspects of dentistry including Dental Insurance Billing. She is a lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and received her Fellowship in Dental Office Management in 2010. Her favorite part of dentistry is seeing patients lives change by helping them find a way to perfect their smile. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 sons.

AngieClinical Coordinator
Angie has been with Cook Family Dentistry since 2011. She hails from Vidalia, GA and currently resides in Freeport, FL. She has over 15 years of dental experience. She initially began her career in nursing before finding her passion for dentistry in 2004. Angie prides herself on being able to put her patients at ease. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and most importantly her two grandsons.

DestinDental Hygienist
Destin joined the practice in 2019. She is a graduate of Mississippi Delta where she received her degree in Dental Hygiene. In her free time she helps her husband run his business, Five Star Lawns, and enjoys spending time with her him and their 3 children. (Dog children that is.)

ChristineDental Hygienist
Christine joined our office in 2021. She is a graduate of Louisiana State Dental School where she received her degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a dental hygienist for over 25 years. Originally from New Orleans Christine loves good food and great music. She enjoys spending time outdoors biking with her husband and two sons.

KaylaExpanded Function Dental Assistant
Kayla joined Cook Family Dentistry in 2021 after relocating from Guntersville AL. She obtained her dental assisting certification from the American Dental Assistant Association, and later obtained her expanded function certification. She has taken various advanced classes to advance her knowledge in dentistry including training for Cerec same day crown fabrication. Kayla’s favorite part about working at the practice is the people she works with and all the wonderful patients she gets to take care of. In her spare time Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and going on walks with her golden doodle Reese.

KaitlynExpanded Function Dental Assistant
Kaitlyn began her career in the dental field at Cook Family Dentistry in August of 2022. She graduated from Gulf Coast State College with a certificate in Expanded Functions Dental Assisting in June 2022. She hopes to continue her education to pursue an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. During her down time she enjoys relaxing at the beach, photography and listening to music
