Permanent, Natural-Looking Tooth Replacement
Planning, placement, and restoration under one roof on the 30A
Dental implants are the closest thing modern dentistry has to a natural tooth. A titanium post is placed in the jawbone, integrates with your bone, and supports a custom crown, bridge, or full arch of teeth. The result looks, feels, and functions like your own tooth, and with good care it can last decades.
At Cook Family Dentistry, we plan, place, and restore implants in the same office. Dr. Cook is a graduate of the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program with advanced training in grafting and full-arch reconstruction. Our 3D CBCT cone-beam scanner and Primescan digital impressions allow us to plan each implant precisely, so placement is predictable and recovery is straightforward. We replace single teeth, multiple teeth, and full arches with All-on-4 and All-on-X solutions, all from one location in Santa Rosa Beach.

Learn moreMost single-tooth implants take three to six months from placement to the final crown, because the implant needs time to fuse with the bone. Full-arch All-on-4 cases can deliver a fixed temporary set of teeth the day of surgery, with the final restoration placed a few months later.
Most adults are. The two main factors are bone volume and gum health. Our CBCT scan tells us within minutes whether you have enough bone or whether a small graft is needed. If your gums need work, we will address that first.
Implant placement is done with local anesthesia, and most patients report less soreness than a tooth extraction. Sedation is available if you prefer. Recovery is usually managed with over-the-counter pain relief.
Single-tooth implant cases vary depending on whether a graft is needed and what type of crown is placed. Full-arch All-on-4 cases are a larger investment. We share complete pricing during your consultation and offer financing through CareCredit or a third-party lender of your choice.
